magicbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed following a system error, bets placed on markets that were opened or priced in error, and bets placed in circumstances that magicbet determines to be in breach of fair play standards. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds, stakes, or terms that were the result of a manifest error or a technical fault, magicbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. magicbet will not be liable for any profits or losses arising from a manifest error.
